Pool Deck, Patio and Lanai Cleaning in West Palm Beach

Pool deck and enclosure: $250 to $600

Nearly every pool in Palm Beach County sits under a screen enclosure, and the cage, the deck and the lanai all grow the same green film. The deck collects everything: mildew in the shade, sunscreen and food around the furniture, rust under the chairs, and green film on the screens and frame overhead.

What we clean

  • Pool decks in pavers, travertine, cool deck, stamped concrete and plain concrete, each at the pressure it can take.
  • Screen enclosures and lanais: screens, aluminum frame, kick plates and the slab, soft washed so nothing tears or bends.
  • Patios and covered porches, including ceilings and fans where growth has set in.
  • Outdoor kitchens and furniture on request.

Keeping the pool clean while we work

The deck is pre-treated and rinsed in sections away from the pool edge. Skimmers are covered and drains are checked. The small amount of overspray that can reach the water is the same chemistry already used to sanitize it; the crew will tell you if a quick chemistry check is worthwhile afterward.

Sealing after cleaning

Pavers and travertine around a pool benefit from a sealer with a non-slip additive once they are clean. See our paver cleaning and sealing page or ask for it as an add-on; it is cheapest on the same visit.

Pool Deck & Patio questions

Will cleaning solution get in my pool?

The pool is protected and the deck is rinsed away from the water. The bleach in the wash is the same sodium hypochlorite as liquid pool chlorine, so trace overspray does no harm, but surfactant runoff is kept out of the pool, and the crew checks the deck drains before starting.

Can you clean the screen enclosure without tearing the screens?

Yes. Screens and the aluminum frame are soft washed at low pressure. High pressure is what tears screens and bends spline. The frame comes back to white and the screens clear without damage.
